Our Soulful Space

Tucked away in central Kerikeri, our space is a light filled sanctuary designed to help you breathe deeper, move freely and feel at home in your body.

With soaring ceilings, gentle natural light and walls thoughtfully painted a soft, comforting blush, the space feels open, yet deeply grounding - like a quiet exhale in the middle of a wild day.

Whether you’re flowing through a vinyasa or resting in stillness, this space holds you with warmth, lightness, and love.

Meg Bell is a heart-led yoga teacher known for creating grounded and soulful spaces, where movement becomes a pathway to presence.

Meg’s offerings extend across Aotearoa through retreats and events that invite students into deeper connection with themselves.

Trained in London under Michael James Wong with the Krama Yoga School and Just Breathe Project, Meg blends intelligent sequencing, breath work, meditation, sound, and intention, into immersive vinyasa journeys. Her classes are more than just movement—they’re embodied experiences that soften the heart, awaken the spirit, and encourage deep inner listening.

First discovering yoga at 19 while working at a retreat in Spain, it wasn’t until years later, through the transformative lens of motherhood, that Meg’s practice deepened from a physical discipline into an inward, nurturing ritual. This evolution shapes how she teaches: with presence, care, and an emphasis on self-kindness.

All classes are an invitation to come home to yourself—joyful, expansive, and anchored in love. With a natural gift for building community and holding space, she inspires introspection, authentic connection, and a deep sense of belonging.
