    A fluid, breath-driven flow that moves you through creative sequences designed to build strength, flexibility and focus. Starting with grounding, slowly heating up with dynamic movement and finishing winding down to stillness.

    Every Monday 5.20pm, Tuesday 9.15am, Friday 7am, Saturday 7am.

  • Perfect for beginners.

    Steady intentional flow. Based off the weeks vinyasa class but a much more chilled version.

    Think of a moving meditation that grounds, strengthens and soothes all at once.

    Every Wednesday 5.20pm, Friday 9.15pm.

  • 6 weeks to crawlers.

    A weekly class to reset the nervous system, stretch out those achy muscles and build your community.

    Every Monday 9.30 - 10.30 AM

  • For the community.

    Monthly free class at the Turner centre Kerikeri, for anyone and everyone. BYO mat and strap.
